We are hiring an Executive Operations Assistant to support our growing restaurant equipment business. This role combines admin support, customer service, vendor coordination, and website management. You’ll work closely with the client to streamline operations and boost sales.
We’re looking for a proactive, confident team player—someone who speaks up, takes initiative, and gets things done.
Responsibilities
Admin & Customer Service

Manage emails, calls, and inquiries.

Handle complaints and follow-ups professionally.

Organize tasks using Lightspeed, Ringover, Quote Machine, and Strata.

Process payroll and support daily admin needs.
Finance Support

Create and send purchase orders, quotes, and invoices

Keep track of payments and unpaid invoices
Sales & Vendor Coordination

Help find and order equipment from suppliers

Work with vendors and attend product meetings

Send quotes and follow up on orders

Help manage inventory
Website Management

Update the company website

Add new products, update info, and upload images
