OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist with medium to high-level expertise in Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical experience in ERP systems and who can contribute to system support, implementation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne modules.

Assist in the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of JDE EnterpriseOne solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve system performance.

Analyze system requirements, identify gaps, and deliver solutions to meet business needs.

Create and maintain system documentation, technical specs, and user guides.

Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Strong understanding of JDE modules such as Finance, Procurement, Distribution, and Manufacturing.

Background in IT systems, application support, or ERP implementation.

Experience in system analysis, integration, and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills

Experience with JDE development tools or CNC (Configurable Network Computing) is a plus.

Knowledge in other ERP systems or cloud-based platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with SQL, Oracle databases, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
