OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in social media management and LinkedIn engagement. This role requires someone who can help grow online presence, foster engagement with target audiences, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms—especially on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with outreach and communication in a professional tone.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn engagement.

  • Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.

  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of basic content creation and design principles is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily activity on LinkedIn and other social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn by sending connection requests, personalized messages, and follow-ups.

  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and collaborate with local influencers to promote dental services.

  • Track and report engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, connections, etc.).

  • Assist in lead generation and prospecting efforts on LinkedIn.

  • Coordinate and maintain content calendars for consistent posting.

  • Schedule and manage calendar appointments efficiently.

  • Support other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., email management, data entry, CRM updates).

8 hour shift (Full time)

4-6 hour shift (Part time)
