Project Manager (Part-Time)
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Project Manager (15 hrs/week) with at least 5 years of experience to lead process optimization, risk mitigation, and end-to-end delivery for complex architectural design and permitting projects. In this role, you will build robust project management infrastructure (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), develop technical SOPs, ensure municipal regulatory compliance, and streamline cross-functional workflows to remove bottlenecks and keep projects on time and within scope.

Lead Process Optimization & Standardization by creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Build and improve Project Infrastructure & Strategic Planning using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

Manage Cross-Functional Workflow Integration to improve collaboration, visibility, and project execution.

Conduct Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation research to ensure projects meet municipal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee End-to-End Project Delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Identify project risks, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve workflows and processes.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience building and managing project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).

Experience supporting architectural projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and city permitting.

Experience in SOP Development for Niche Design, including documenting complex technical and compliance-related processes.

Strong skills in Risk & Bottleneck Mitigation, with the ability to proactively resolve project challenges.

Adaptability in an Evolving Market and the ability to update workflows and SOPs as regulations change.
