Executive Virtual Assistant
(Recruitment & Administrative Support)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, administrative, and operational support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen caregiver applicants

  • Assist with onboarding new employees

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Follow up with leads and inquiries

  • Coordinate with clients and caregivers

  • Manage schedules and appointments

  • Handle calendar and email management

  • Perform data entry and maintain records

  • Organize and manage digital files

  • Assist with social media management and content creation

  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant role

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or similar role

  • Experience in social media marketing

  • Experience in the home care industry is a plus

  • Comfortable handling phone calls and follow-ups

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

8 hour shift (Full time)
