OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, administrative, and operational support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit and screen caregiver applicants

Assist with onboarding new employees

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls

Follow up with leads and inquiries

Coordinate with clients and caregivers

Manage schedules and appointments

Handle calendar and email management

Perform data entry and maintain records

Organize and manage digital files
-
Assist with social media management and content creation

Provide general administrative and ad hoc support
Requirements
-
At least 1–2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant role

At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or similar role
-
Experience in social media marketing
-
Experience in the home care industry is a plus

Comfortable handling phone calls and follow-ups

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
