We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and can efficiently handle a variety of administrative and support tasks for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Selection

  • Assist in sourcing candidates from various platforms

  • Screen and shortlist applicants

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews

  • Support the overall hiring process

2. Appointment Setting

  • Schedule and confirm meetings or calls

  • Coordinate calendars and manage availability

3. Lead Research

  • Gather and verify information from various sources

  • Build prospect lists and update records

4. Email Management

  • Organize inboxes and respond to emails

  • Sort, categorize, and prioritize messages

5. Phone Handling

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls

  • Provide professional communication and follow-ups

6. Data Entry and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records

  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal trackers

7. Social Media Management

  • Assist in posting updates

  • Monitor engagement and maintain brand consistency

8. File Management

  • Organize and manage digital files

  • Ensure documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with basic tools (Google Workspace, CRM, email platforms)

8 hour shift (Full time)

4-6 hour shift (Part time)
