OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone outreach and handle inbound/outbound calls professionally

  • Set and manage appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-ups

  • Perform market research to gather and organize relevant data

  • Manage email inboxes, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages

  • Handle data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracy

  • Manage social media postings, including scheduling and basic engagement

  • Organize and maintain digital files and folders

  • Assist with content creation for emails, social media, or internal use as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, or in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with phone outreach and client/candidate interaction

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and social media platforms

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

8 hour shift (Full time)

4-6 hour shift (Part time)
