Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone outreach and handle inbound/outbound calls professionally

Set and manage appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-ups

Perform market research to gather and organize relevant data

Manage email inboxes, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages

Handle data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracy

Manage social media postings, including scheduling and basic engagement

Organize and maintain digital files and folders

Assist with content creation for emails, social media, or internal use as needed
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, or in a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with phone outreach and client/candidate interaction

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs

Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and social media platforms
