OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and coordinating caregivers

  • Onboarding new employees

  • Phone outreach and follow-ups

  • Lead research and data gathering

  • Email management and correspondence

  • Data entry and documentation

  • Social media management

  • File organization and management

  • Basic QuickBooks tasks (invoicing, tracking, or data entry)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding is preferred

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and QuickBooks is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Reliable internet connection and backup plan
