OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Recruiting and coordinating caregivers

Onboarding new employees

Phone outreach and follow-ups

Lead research and data gathering

Email management and correspondence

Data entry and documentation

Social media management

File organization and management
-
Basic QuickBooks tasks (invoicing, tracking, or data entry)
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)

Experience in recruitment and onboarding is preferred

Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

Familiarity with CRM tools and QuickBooks is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
