OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative, research, and customer-facing responsibilities. Strong communication skills, a neutral accent, and the ability to effectively utilize AI tools to improve efficiency are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors

  • Do basic product and market research

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Manage emails and schedule meetings

  • Update calendars and set appointment

  • Perform data entry and keep records organized

  • Help manage social media accounts and simple content tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an admin/support role

  • Good communication skills (clear and professional)

  • Organized and able to manage time well

  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems

  • Familiar with Google Workspace or similar tools

  • Experience using AI tools is a plus

8 hour shift (Full time)

4-6 hour shift (Part time)
