Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up with vendors

Do basic product and market research

Answer and direct phone calls

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

Update calendars and set appointment

Perform data entry and keep records organized

Help manage social media accounts and simple content tasks
Requirements:

Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an admin/support role

Good communication skills (clear and professional)

Organized and able to manage time well

Comfortable learning new tools and systems

Familiar with Google Workspace or similar tools
